Please note that most larger Aftershaves, Colognes and similar items will be priced differently, and none of these products will be available to any person outside the UK .

Delivery Schedule

We always aim to process your order immediately. We will normally despatch within 1 business day. International orders are generally received within 10 working days but can take longer depending on country and time of year.

You must inform us within two working days if any goods are incomplete or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Important information for Courier deliveries

Most parcels with a packaged weight of more than 2KG will need to be sent by Courier. If you have any delivery instructions such as 'leave in porch', 'leave in garage', 'leave at no 41' etc, please add them to the order notes at time of booking or message us immediately after confirming your order and we will advise the Courier company accordingly. Some courier companies will return the parcel after a certain number of failed delivery attempts or if there is no apparent option to safely leave the parcel, so this will give you the best chance of receiving your parcel as speedily as possible.
