Spanish hot chocolate is much thicker and richer than the UK version, almost like a melted bar in a cup!
Follow the three simple steps beloww and enjoy this delicious, luxurious thick chocolate.
1. Heat milk and when warm, add two tablespoons of drinking chocolate for each 200ml of milk
2. Stir over a low heat and just before it reaches boiling point, remove from the heat.
3. Leave to settle for a few minutes before serving, or cool and then keep it in the fridge and reheat later in the day.

A packet mix for making traditional churros at home. Just add water and mix together for an instant and classic churro dough.
Includes a simple churro nozzle for shaping the dough ready for frying. Churros is sold in cafes and at markets all over Spain to accompany a thick Spanish hot chocolate.
How to Make: (for 4 people)
250g Harisma Churros Mix (half the packet)
300cc warm water (approx cup and a half)
Pour the warm water in a bowl and gradually add the flour as you mix well with a spatula. Continue stirring until the dough is well blended and no lumps. Let stand for 15 minutes.
Please note if you require Madrid Style Churros (short curly churros as shown on the packet) use cold water and do not let dough stand.
Heat plenty of oil in a frying pan. Put the dough in a star tipped pastry bag and pipe the dough out on to the hot oil in the form of a spiral or several separate churros. Fry the spiral until golden or the individual ones on each side. Blisters may appear on the churros when frying due to the heat of the oil and the yeast.
Remove from the frying pan, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve with Spanish hot Chocolate.
