The blades that dethrone Astras

Brilliantly sharp, smooth and long lasting blades.
If you have used Voskhov blades but wished they lasted longer or used Atras and wanted something a bit smoother then these blades are well worth a try.
Smoothness really are the stand out factor in these blades but they last a really long time, can easily get 10-15 shaves per blade. They don't tug and knicks are rare staying sharp way longer than a lot of blades in my rotation. -

Excellent blades sometimes overlooked in favour of other perhaps better known alternatives in the excellent range of Gillette blades manufactured in St Petersburg. Sharp and comfortable. Great price and service from Gemstone as always.

I find these blades provide an ideal level of sharpness and smoothness,in addition they are longer lasting than any other blade I've used.

I have tried 90+ different razor blades, and the Gillette Platinums were the best of them all. They give me very comfortable, very smooth, completely irritation-free shaves, and all at a bargain price. Excellent!
The cost to buy these blades from Gemstone, including shipping, is much less than from US sellers, and that is including the shipping (I am in California, over 5,000 miles from the UK). The shipping is quick, especially considering the distance.

Excellent silky smooth blades, as good as if not slightly better than Polsilvers', depending on the razor used...
I always buy my blades from Glen At Gemstone, the blades are always the genuine article.. NO counterfeit junk, and Glenn is a nice guy to deal with. -
Best option for replacing polsilver.

Excellent blades, sharp & smooth with good longevity as well, my favourite blades are polsilver super iridium, but sadly these are no longer being made, however the Gillette platinum are extremely close to polsilver and are a great alternative to them.

Excellent blades smooth,sharp and I can actually get four very good shaves from each of these blades...Glen is an excellent seller. I have purchased from him many times and his stock is always the genuine article..
